1Inspect
Know the surface before touching it
Every job starts with the walk-around: what material is each surface, what's growing or stained on it, how old is it, and what condition is it in? The answers change the plan. Vinyl isn't wood, wood isn't concrete, and a roof is none of the above.
This is also when we identify everything vulnerable nearby, plantings, fixtures, finishes, drainage, so the protection plan fits the property, not a template.
2Protect
Preparation is most of the safety
Landscaping gets pre-wetted and covered where needed. Electrical outlets and fixtures are shielded. Stained wood doors, furniture, and delicate surfaces are moved back or protected. Water flow is planned before the first drop.
No professional can promise zero risk to every plant and material, but careful preparation is what prevents the common, avoidable problems.
3Treat
Address the cause, not just the color
The dark streaks, green shading, and gray film on exterior surfaces are usually living organisms, algae, mildew, and their biofilm. Rinsing around them accomplishes little.
Surface-appropriate solutions are applied to break down that organic contamination so it can be rinsed away gently. This is why treated surfaces stay clean longer than ones that were only blasted with water.
4Clean
The right method, the right pressure, or none
Now the method matches the material: low-pressure soft washing for siding and delicate surfaces, treatment-based application for roofs, pure water for windows, controlled surface cleaning for concrete and flatwork.
The goal is always the same, an even, thorough clean with no damage and no stripes, we just get there differently depending on what's being cleaned.
5Verify
We check our own work before you do
When the cleaning is done, we walk the property again: gutters rinsed, windows spotted-checked, plantings rinsed down one more time, and every agreed scope item confirmed against the result.
If something isn't right, we fix it before we leave. That's what 'verify' is for.
