The Preparation Process
Care Is a Process, Not a Promise.
Every cleaning company says they're careful. The difference is whether "careful" means anything concrete. For us, it means a specific preparation routine, run before every job, with each item below handled deliberately, not left to chance or to whoever is holding the wand.
Landscaping and garden beds
Grass, shrubs, and flower beds near the work area are pre-wetted before application and rinsed again afterward. Delicate plants can be covered where the work brings us close.
A full walk-around first
Before anything starts, we identify what's vulnerable: cracked window seals, flaking paint, loose trim, brittle hardware, already-stressed plants. The plan adapts to what we find.
Outlets, fixtures, and doorbells
Exterior electrical outlets, light fixtures, and doorbell panels are shielded from direct spray, water and electricity don't negotiate.
Doors and delicate finishes
Stained wood doors, hand-rail finishes, and painted hardware that bleach or spot easily are noted during inspection and kept out of the spray path.
Water management
We plan where runoff goes: away from foundations, away from sensitive beds, and away from areas where standing water causes problems. Gutters and downspouts are rinsed clear afterward.
Furniture and decor
Patio furniture, potted plants, doormats, and decor near the work area are asked about during scheduling, most homeowners move a few items; we handle the rest with the property-protection setup.

- Point out anything fragile or precious, heirloom plants, recently painted surfaces, that one temperamental gate latch
- Move vehicles out of the driveway and garage-access areas
- Unlock gates and note any pets who'll be outside during the visit
- Switch off exterior outlets and light fixtures that might be in the work zone
- Tell us about recently seeded or newly planted grass or beds
