The Approach
Why we don't pressure-wash siding
That gray-green shading creeping up your north wall isn't dirt. It's usually living organisms, algae, mildew, and pollen-holding grime that thrive in the Carolinas' humidity and shade. Rinsing it with high pressure can strip paint, force water behind siding, and leave the root of the growth behind to bloom again within months.
Our house washes use low pressure with high water volume and surface-appropriate cleaning solutions. The treatment does the work: it breaks down the organic contamination on the surface so it can be rinsed away gently instead of sandblasted off.

What our house wash includes
Every home gets its own plan, but a typical wash covers:
- A walk-around inspection of siding, trim, and problem areas before we start
- Pre-wetting and rinsing of landscaping and delicate plantings around the work area
- Application of siding-appropriate cleaning solutions at low pressure
- Attention to soffits, fascia, trim, and the green shading that gathers under eaves
- A full rinse of the home and the surrounding plantings when we're done
Surfaces we clean
Vinyl siding is the most common home exterior around Indian Land, and it responds beautifully to soft washing. We also clean painted surfaces, trim, soffits and fascia, and selected masonry and stucco depending on age and condition. If a surface shouldn't be treated with a given method, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

Is pressure washing safe for my siding?
High pressure and siding are a bad pairing, it can force water behind panels, strip finishes, and etch surfaces. That's why we wash houses with low pressure and proper cleaning solutions. The solution does the work; the water just carries it away.
Will the cleaning solutions harm my plants?
We use surface-appropriate solutions and a property-protection process designed to reduce avoidable risk to surrounding landscaping: pre-wetting, covering delicate plantings where needed, and rinsing everything down again after the wash. No method can promise zero risk to every plant, but careful preparation prevents the common problems.
Can you clean brick and stucco?
Often, yes, but it depends on the age and condition of the surface. Older mortar and brittle stucco need a more cautious approach. We assess the material first and tell you what method is appropriate before any work is scheduled.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Many homeowners prefer to be present for the walk-around, but it isn't strictly required once we have access to the exterior water supply and agreement on the scope. We'll confirm the details with you when you book.
