When you request a free estimate through this website, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the details you provide about what needs cleaning. We use that information for one purpose, to respond to your request and provide the estimate or service you asked about.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Not to anyone, ever.
- We don't add you to marketing lists or send promotional email because you requested an estimate.
- We don't share your details with third parties except as needed to operate the site and deliver our services (for example, the form-delivery provider that transmits your request to us).
How form submissions are handled
Estimate requests submitted through this site are transmitted securely to the business owner. Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a human-verification service) and standard abuse-prevention measures. We keep submitted information only as long as it's useful for responding to your request and maintaining a record of the work discussed.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled in the future, they will be configured without collecting personally identifiable information, and this policy will be updated to describe them. The Turnstile verification service may set functional cookies necessary for bot protection.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, just contact us at (803) 235-0172. The only information we hold comes from estimate requests and customer work, so there's nothing else to find.
Children's privacy
This site is directed at homeowners and property owners, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
